Learn more about the claims process
There are a few ways you can contact Allstate insurance to start the claims process.

To speak with a representative, you can either call or chat live on the website.

You can also send a written request by mail or fax.

Be sure to include your policy number and the information of the person making the claim, including address, phone number, and Social Security number in your correspondence.

Right now it’s hard to tell if they will approve the claim as they are still investigating.

It could take days or even weeks before you hear back from them.

I will update this blog post as soon as I have any updates.

For now, there isn’t anything else that we know about how to deal with Allstate insurance after filing a claim.

We’re waiting to hear back from them.

If they deny our claim, then we’ll need to hire an attorney and fight it out in court.

Until then, all we can do is wait patiently.

Start a claim online

To start a claim with Allstate, you can go online.

You’ll need your policy number and driver’s license number, as well as the other driver’s information (license plate number, name).

Once you’ve filled out the form, you’ll need to upload copies of any accident reports or police reports.

If you’re not sure where those are, ask the officer who responded to the scene.

The claims department will then process your claim and get back to you with a decision on whether they’ll cover it.

It typically takes about two weeks to hear back from them.

After that, they’ll send an adjuster to inspect your vehicle, estimate the cost of repair and tell you if they’re going to pay for repairs.

You might also want to see if there’s another insurance company that offers lower rates than Allstate- it may be worth looking into before making any final decisions.
